You don’t have to know exactly what you need before scheduling a visit. Sometimes there’s a specific concern. Other times, something just feels off.

I meet you where you’re at. Care is flexible by design.

Appointment Types:

  • A brief, no-charge call for prospective patients who want to determine whether care is a good fit. This is not a medical visit and does not include diagnosis or treatment, but can help clarify whether next steps make sense.

  • Designed for new patients or those establishing care. This visit allows time to review health history, current concerns, medications and supplements, and relevant records. The goal is to develop a clear clinical picture and outline appropriate next steps.

    Duration: 60+ min.

  • Intended for a specific concern or limited clinical question. This visit type is appropriate when the scope is narrow and the goal is targeted evaluation or decision-making rather than broad review.

    Duration: 20-40 min.

  • For patients with multiple diagnoses, long medical histories, or overlapping concerns that require careful review and coordination. This visit allows additional time for interpretation, prioritization, and planning.

    Duration: 40 - 60 min.

  • Focused on helping patients make sense of testing, specialist recommendations, or fragmented care. This visit may include reviewing outside records, clarifying options, and identifying the most meaningful next steps.

    Duration: 40 - 60 min.
